Body Club's trainers help produce healthier, more athletic members using every inch of their 23,000-square-foot studio. They work up sweats in one-on-one sessions on machines and also lead group fitness classes in a 3,800-square-foot studio that's big enough for no one to notice that one guy doing the chicken dance during Zumba. As a team, they teach everything from TRX and Pilates to coed pole-dancing classes. But the gym also keeps the important things in mind: child-care services are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., helping parents make more time for workouts.

There's a secret to reaching the finish line of The Flavor Run: follow the smell and taste of fruit. That may be easier said than done, though, because fruity aromas will be everywhere. The 5K course is lined with stations where volunteers and flamethrower Randy Johnson launch handfuls of colorful fruit-flavored corn-starch powder at passing runners. The purpose of the flavoring? The run's FAQ page notes that "it doesn't make your mouth feel like you just ate a handful of sand." As for the purpose of the run, proceeds from the day's festivities, which include a post-race party, go toward helping local charities.

Looking a sea turtle right in the eyes. Paddling onto the white shores of an empty beach. Watching the sun set over the ocean, dangling your feet in the water. For over 25 years, Florida natives and visitors alike have enjoyed tropical experiences like these, thanks to rental boats from Relaxed Kayaks. True to the name, the team is so committed to relaxation that they don't even require customers to visit their shop?instead, they deliver and pick up their boats from waterfront locations throughout the area. Aspiring kayakers don't have to paddle alone, either. On guided kayak tours led by biologists and naturalists, participants learn about Florida's unique aquatic habitats, from its beaches to Disney World's magical castle, which is secretly full of fish.
