A Piedi Dance Company's team of instructors teach dancers of all skill levels the know-how of executing fancy footwork. Syllabuses based on internationally renowned ballroom standards send bodies shimmying through lessons in a variety of styles including Latin, swing, country western, and lip-syncing into a hairbrush. In group classes, aficionados demonstrate footwork at a glacial pace and repeat the basic steps several times. The group setting prepares dancers for real-world shindigs, so they can navigate other boogying bodies in close proximity and know how to relieve cramps in their jazz hands. Private lessons can be tailored towards the individual student's learning style, so instructors can hone footwork and give an in-depth look at each step.

Several spirits have been said to haunt the Oklahoma lands, from black shadows racing through the forest to an oil-breathing beast raising its tentacles from the pools of black ooze. At Psycho Path Haunted Attraction, visitors test their courage within three fear-filled experiences amid the lingering legacies of such demons. Inside the Shadow Box haunted house, horrors roam the dimly lit corridors, bringing adventurers face-to-face with nightmares worse than those summoned by the student filmmakers in charge of their dreams. During journeys through The Dark Ride, visitors board a transport known as the Scareage and travel through mysterious forest paths hidden in a blanket of fog. Actors may pop out at any moment, adding suspense to every turn, just as the Rage Cage—a maze peppered with scary surprises—challenges those brave enough to navigate its twisting halls without any compass to point them back toward their home’s refrigerator magnets.

At Showplex Cinemas, it’s the same scene every night. The lights dim, and the crowd quickly falls silent. After some song-and-dance from the concession stand and a few thrilling trailers, main attractions from Hollywood’s biggest movie makers flicker to life on screen. Thanks to Showplex’s screening systems, moviegoers in five states share in this immersive entertainment tradition, which is as American as the hot dogs they sell in the lobby. Recently under the new management of Starplex Cinemas, Showplex has lowered ticket prices and added more items to the concessions lineup. The theaters’ Facebook page increases the community aspect, helping moviegoers stay abreast of the newest releases as well as flashback screenings of classic flicks.

The staff at The Emerald Academy knows that kids change from unsteady toddlers to high-energy kids in the blink of an eye. So they offer a full range of classes to help little ones get out their energy in fun, productive ways and reach developmental milestones. Students can enroll in gymnastics, cheer, or dance classes, and preschool-aged children can join gym classes tailored to their tiny hands and feet. The clean, air-conditioned facility also features parent viewing rooms, so guardians can watch while kids somersault across the floor and cheer for their favorite solitaire player.
