Experienced photographer Steve Kowalski brings 20 years of fine-art and photojournalism experience to each photo shoot at A Better Exposure. Steve's portrait style includes color as well as black-and-white film, and he approaches each subject, from families to pets to recent college grads, with a desire to capture each distinct personality. During in-studio sessions, he serves refreshments while talking casually with clients in his lounge. Clients can have their shoots inside Steve's spacious studio, outfitted with a range of backdrops and canvases, or can take advantage of his expertise in on-location sessions that incorporate the beauty of the surrounding Omaha area. After each shoot, Steve retires to an advanced digital darkroom where he edits and retouches images, and removes any photo-bombing bunny rabbits. Customers can then purchase prints, photo books, and other products such as slideshows from A Better Exposure.

PeggyBank understands that it takes a lot of faith to let go of your memories, even temporarily. That's why they designed a multi-step process to set their clients' minds at ease when sending precious VHS tapes, photographs, and rolls of film to be converted into digital files. The process begins with customers packing their treasured media into a PeggyBox, a crush- and shock-resistant container equipped with waterproof bags to safeguard contents from rain or water-balloon fights in the post office. Upon receiving the packages, PeggyBank's technicians assess the contents and provide an estimate before converting videos and images into the appropriate type of file, which are then hosted by PeggyBank for clients to download at their convenience. Finally, PeggyBank bids adieu to clients' original copies as they ship them safely back home.

Aaron Zeller understands that great photography goes beyond pretty scenery and broad smiles—it’s about telling a story. He founded AJZeller Photography in 2009 as a way to document genuine emotions—from a young couple’s love to a family’s joyful new addition—unsullied by contrived poses or smiles enlarged with clown makeup. Aaron specializes in what he calls Beloved photography, a style that strives to capture the raw, unfiltered love of a couple through real-life interactions instead of coached emotions. He offers wedding, portrait, and engagement photography as well as a unique program—A Life Remembered—that records the passing of time through yearly photo sessions, discounted prints, and hourly polaroids of a grandfather clock.

A T-shirt can be many things to its wearer—an open endorsement of a worthy cause, an symbol of pride for an after-work softball team, or a barrier to stop pizza sauce from getting caked in your chest hair. Omaha Shirtz fulfills all these functions with its custom-printed apparel, producing printing runs of any size for shirts emblazoned with client-provided designs. Small orders can often be printed while the client waits, and orders of up to 100 shirts can be returned in as little as one business day. Their skill at fabric printing also extends to canvases, covering bare walls with professionally stretched and framed prints of photos and works of art.

Modern Canvas’s printing specialists transform photographs into personalized, one-of-a-kind works of art. Customers send high-resolution photographs to Modern Canvas via email or FTP, and in 5–10 business days, they receive their image printed onto a professional-quality canvas. Printers can augment canvases with special techniques such as the Warhol effect, which renders photographs in the pop-art style of the 1960s icon or replaces smiles with cans of soup. Canvases are available in sizes ranging from 10"x10" to 96"x96".
