We make learning to dance as easy as 1,2,3. Ballroom, Latin, country and western styles of partnership dancing are covered in our proprietary approach. All dance lessons are designed to cover key elements that make you a better dancer, avoid negative habits, and deliver what our dance students want.

Children naturally believe that life is all about having fun. This requires the instructors at My Gym to perform two seemingly incompatible tasks: helping kids lay a strong physical, emotional, and cognitive foundation and letting them laugh and play to their hearts' content. The staff welcomes the challenge. Grouping kids by age into nearly a dozen different classes, the instructors teach students aged 6 weeks through 13 years the importance and fun of socializing, exercising, and eating broccoli without using their taste buds.

These classes, some of which require parental participation, are constantly adjusted to incorporate the latest medical and psychological advances, ensuring optimal self-esteem building through safe, age-appropriate activities. Friendly instructors also hosts customized birthday parties in My Gym’s state-of-the-art facility, during which they foster the same emotional and cognitive growth with games, activities, and rides.

Founded by fourth-dan black belt Richard Poage, Peaceful Warrior Martial Arts & Healing Center continues his mission to help students build discipline and learn self-defense through classes that teach shorin-ryu karate, jujitsu, and kobudo weapons training. Camps and after-school programs keep kids from spending their days sprawled in front of the TV or taking catnaps behind it. The school's healing center keeps students in top shape with holistic health services such as massage, acupuncture, and shiatsu massage.

On her quest to further understand the relationship between physical motion and energy flow, certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor Angella M. Hamilton began studying the ancient technique of tai chi under the tutelage of master David Dorian Ross. Her fascination with the time-honored practice led her to forge her own variation, combining healing elements of tai chi and qI gong to create the free-flowing Zen Method. When stricken with breast cancer at the age of 36, Angella practiced the Zen Method to keep herself healthy and empowered. Through regularly scheduled classes and workshops, she now imparts the lessons she's learned both in terms of fitness and mental strength.

A stalwart staff oversees the neighborhood of bounce houses and air-filled playthings that populate the indoor arena, including a regal throne for celebrating birthdays or announcing edicts mandating dessert for breakfast. The ascending wall of the Vertical Rush challenges climbers with a hump-shaped obstacle, and attached dueling slides send victors careening into fun. Throughout the week, families can pop in for open play and lectures on refinancing mortgages on treehouses, or tote along their own mini entourage for birthday party packages complete with private rooms, complimentary invites, and a veritable stockpile of extras to customize the celebratory shenanigans.

Pinz celebrates classic ten-pin competition with open hours throughout the week, league opportunities, and cosmic bowling each weekend. The newly renovated facility is now outfitted with synthetic bowling surfaces, glow-in-the-dark carpeting, and flat-screen television sets. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the lanes take on glowing hues that emulate the experience of bowling under the Northern Lights without the inconvenience of getting frostbite. Pinz’s onsite kitchen dishes up quick specialties to fill bellies, and the facility’s game room is equipped with pool tables, air-hockey tables, and a digital jukebox capable of plucking old 45s from the far reaches of the Internet.
