At Bodysport Fitness Center, highly trained instructors motivate pupils of all athletic abilities during high-intensity group boot-camp classes designed by personal trainers. During each coed session, a barrage of full-body workouts replaces lazy fitness routines and helps build lean yet strong physiques. Each trainer adapts his or her program to fit the personalities and abilities of the students, and changes the regimen routinely to confuse muscles, enraging them until they get strong enough to do something about it.
Exercisers feed off each other’s energy during the fun one-hour sessions, cultivating a group bond and camaraderie based on mutual success and encouragement. The recently revamped program may incorporate elements of kickboxing, Bulgarian bags, and even yoga alongside classic boot-camp musts, including core workouts and primal screaming. During comfortable weather, students kickbox away excess calories in scenic outdoor parks and move into the gym’s 4,000-square-foot facility in cases of extreme heat.
As the sun starts to rise over the grassy fields and hiking trails of Paseo Vista Park, the Sin City Waist Trimmers morning class is already hard at work. Instructors' voices echo through the cool morning air, guiding and motivating students of all shapes and sizes through a diverse array of high-intensity exercises. Morning and after-work classes help exercisers roast calories on the running trail, slim midsections through core drills, and increase endurance while participants flip massive tires across an open field. The friendly trainers welcome students of all athletic abilities, never singling students out or barking commands like a drill sergeant trying to win respect from a pack of hounds.
The grassy brainchild of golf great Billy Casper and course architect Greg Nash, Highland Falls’ 18-hole, par 72 course blankets rugged, desert terrain with 6,512 yards of pristine fairways. Throughout rounds, clubbers may notice that their drives carry a few extra yards, a product of the dry, thin air—the course perches at an elevation of 3,000 feet—and golf balls galvanized by the electric lure of the Las Vegas Strip, visible from certain vantages across the layout. Careful club selection and a keen eye for distance are critical throughout the round, as dramatic elevation changes complicate basic readings of yardage and legions of sand traps await to ensnare misplayed shots. An onsite driving range helps players find just the right tempo for their pendulous swing, preparing them to play an upcoming round or start a new life as a sentient grandfather clock.

Designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Billy Casper and course-planning guru Greg Nash, Eagle Crest Golf Club's 18-hole, 4,067-yard executive course offers scenic city views from some of Las Vegas's highest points. The par 60 layout fluctuates in elevation as it cozies up to an amber mountainside, demanding confident club selection and a passing capacity for Bavarian yodeling. Throughout the round, 12 par 3s reward pin-high iron shots, while 4 par 4s allow players to unleash aggression with flush drives. Rounds conclude at the straightaway, 370-yard, par 4 18th hole, where the fairway plummets 40 feet into a large, bunker-fortified green that lets you punch it if it flinches in anticipation of a craterous ball mark.

Vegas Stripper University’s pole professors hail from seasoned pole-dancing backgrounds, sharing their saucy techniques with fledgling shimmiers through classes and private parties. The instructors choreograph moves for dancers of all sizes, shapes, and experience levels, and the studios equip each student with her own pole, where she'll learn to perfect spins, inversions, and flag-pole-sitting strategies. Solo or group dancers can choose their session’s degree of difficulty, ranging from basic to advanced pole and lap dancing. Vegas Stripper University’s instructors also help gals fine-tune heel-clad moves in stiletto sessions and teach homebodies without in-house poles to perform a sassy dance using basic furniture. Private classes reserve studio space for added comfort, where participants may enjoy their own provided beverages. After completing their session, graduates receive a take-home diploma to prove their pole prowess to friends and open-minded shoe shiners.
At the heart of Premier Physicians Weightloss & Wellness stand doctors Dana Trippi and Erik Evensen, who both believe in practicing the healthy-living tips they share with clients. Dr. Trippi gallops across half-marathon finish lines, and both she and Dr. Evensen dole out nutrition and fitness advice to kids, corporate weight-loss groups, and deep fryers suffering crises of conscience.
Along with supervising a roster of weight-loss programs, each with its own approach to calorie control, the doctors conduct physicals and prescribe medicines to patients suffering from pesky coughs and colds. Clients can also change their appearance by tapping into the center’s reserves of anti-aging hormones or scribbling all over their faces in highlighter.
