CR Buns satisfies adoring taste buds with timeless tavern fare, a fully furnished bar, and a wide range of weekly entertainment. The sizeable menu balances scrumptious standbys such as pizza and wraps with show-offs including the Teriyaki Bleu burger, which indulges covetous appetites with a meaty masterpiece of beef, pineapple, blue cheese crumbles, and onions ($4.99). A team of tangy CR wings challenges taste buds to a win-win game of spin-the-bottle with lip-smacking sauces such as spicy barbecue, teriyaki, original, and hot ($8.99). Q&A with Steve Erdos, Owner

In your own words, how would you describe your menu?

Our menu is 100% authentic handmade Brooklyn-style pizza with top-quality bar food.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

Our founder is Sal Durizzo. He immigrated to New York from Naples when he was 12. By the age of 20 he was running Lenny's Pizza in Brooklyn. Later, he bought Lenny's and owned it for 35 years until coming to Las Vegas. Still in Las Vegas after 26 years of making pizza, Sal makes his sauce and dough fresh every day with his secret Italian recipe.

Vegas Painting Parties' mission is simple: to invite artists of all skill levels to try their hand at replicating a fanciful image while enjoying one another's company. Scheduled around lunch or happy hour, the social classes encourage participants to fuel their creativity with food and drinks as they embellish canvases with paints and grape-juice spit takes. Depending on the theme of each event, partygoers might paint still-lifes, animal portraits, or sweeping landscapes.

Whether catering to a girls’ birthday party or delicately pampering a single pair of hands, The NailPort Nail Salon's devout technicians use high-end CND Vinylux, OPI and Gelish products to pamper their clients' faces and bodies. During spa mani-pedis, they file ragged edges and push back encroaching cuticles to make room for colorful decorations sealed beneath long-lasting Shellac coats. Chemical peels improve appearance of hands and feet, eyelash extensions add ferocity to peepers, and brow tinting helps standout hairs blend in with underlying skin tones or jungle foliage.

Splitting the difference between boot-shaped Italian fare and inherently patriotic American dishes, Boulevard Bar & Grille offers diners a hearty, varied menu that covers all three main meals. The BLVD Deuce burger ($9.95) arrives with a spare beef patty, a dollop of special sauce, and a choice of fries, slaw, chips, soup, or pasta, and the eggplant-parmigiana sandwich ($8.95) offers tomato-sauced sustenance for vegetarians tired of being the villain after eating entire community gardens. Start your day as sweetly rebellious as Danny Zuko with a serving of homemade crème brûlée ($5.95), or opt for a more traditional breakfast feast, such as the vegetable-laden frittata sandwich ($6.95), served until noon on weekdays and 1 p.m. on weekends. A smoke-free dining area ensures a clear-aired meal before ambling back to the strip to gamble on the fanciness of gamblers’ gambling outfits.
