Alfred Pena founded Rhythmology to bring an in-depth study of rhythm and dance to the public. Along with a team of experienced instructors, Alfred enlightens minds and bodies in various Latin dance styles including salsa, bachata, merengue, west coast swing, flamenco, international latin, and hustle.
Rhythmology spreads the words and beats of dance via students and semipro dance teams and stays in touch with the Latin community with Latin parties throughout the area. Alfred still maintains a career as a professional competitive salsa dancer, and was featured in Prince Royce’s music video of “Stand by Me”. Additionally, he is the current U.S. bachata champion, the U.S. salsa runner-up champion, and a finalist in scores of world salsa championships.
Planning a wedding brings plenty of happy challenges. And after booking halls, hiring bands, and tasting cakes, no one wants to worry about their dance moves. That's where the Long Island Wedding Dance instructors come in. During private lessons, teachers impart introductory dance steps and rug-cutting fundamentals to brides, grooms, and parents. Those with a special song in mind can commission routines that fit the music, and those with two left feet can learn to disguise their condition with a strategically placed mirror.

Riders at MPR Farms enjoy access to an irrigated riding arena composed of beach sand and rubber—impervious to freezing in the cold and dust in the heat—and miles of state trails just beyond the property's borders. They'll learn in a wide variety of disciplines, too, taking their choice from hunting, jumping, and equitation during personalized lessons that assist in attaining goals, whether that means competing in shows or evolving polo into baseball on horses.
