In addition to promoting healthy insides, Fitness Spa also values healthy-looking outsides; the spa's own organic spray tan solution helps show off newly toned limbs.

He splits students into different groups based on skill level, which ensures beginners, experts, and robocops all remain appropriately challenged. These group workouts form the core for South West Atlanta Training Fitness, but Mr. McDade also works with clients during personal training and sports conditioning sessions.
