It was 2005 when Fran accidentally changed her own life. She attended a Zumba class on a whim, and after two minutes of dancing in the class's signature party atmosphere, she was in love with its Latin pop tunes, supportive environment, and focus on fun. Fran was hooked, so she attended more classes. She lost 60 pounds, and by December of the following year, she was training to be an instructor. Today, on the spring floor of her very own studio, Fran leads the full spectrum of Zumba classes. Recently this year, ZFran made another transition as she joined with Fred Busch's power hot-yoga to create a state of the art studio in Broward County.
Gábor Pásztor has always loved sports, his passion and athleticism leading him to compete in international track-and-field meets on behalf of his home country, Hungary. Today, he brings his speed, endurance, and coordination skills to the United States to help a new generation of soccer and track-and-field stars hone their natural abilities at Citius Athletic Club Miami. At his club, he helms US Soccer Federation–registered soccer teams in competitive play against other local organizations. And he's serious about the sport: He holds practice with four different age groups of students—ranging ages 3–13—three times a week.
In addition to prepping youths for league play, he and his coaches lead fundamentals classes for beginning soccer players. The fundamentals classes cover the same skills and techniques as the competitive practices, but students aren't required to compete in games or maintain perfect pitch during the "National Anthem."

Zumba, Yoga, and Tae Bo fitness classes motivate participants to shimmy off pounds and strengthen muscles so they can bend crowbars into clef notes. The kids' dance program gives younger students their first taste of lyrical, hip-hop or music theater jazz techniques in a fun, lighthearted environment. Nuevolution schedules classes six days a week and can spice up special events with fiery, professional dance numbers.
At Bloom Nursery, owner Diego Scort and his staff of green thumbs nurture the tender blossoms and lush foliage of their palms, shrubs, and budding vines. They strive to help customers gussy up their gardens with organically and locally grown plants, as well as those that have been adapted to thrive South Florida's climate. In addition to sending visitors off with flourishing florae, the staffers also equip gardeners with materials, supplies, and tips necessary to keep plants from sprouting rampant weeds or eloping with tumbleweeds just passing through town.
