Yamashita Karate Studios is a traditional Okinawan karate studio that welcomes students of all ages and ability levels to learn karate under its experienced instructors. At the family style dojo, the instructors bring more than 30 years of experience and focus on respect, self-discipline, and enhanced confidence, allowing students to develop physically, mentally, and emotionally. The studio offers a variety of martial-arts and fitness classes, from karate for kids and adults to weapons training and sparring.
The team at TuTu Barre aspires to instill a love of dance in kids as young as 3 and maintain it as they grow up. Mommy and Me classes teach very basic steps to little ones with a little maternal assistance; kids a little older can try pre-ballet classes, and older kids can branch out into many levels of jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and modern dance. And for kids who want a career in the arts, musical-theater classes instruct them on the basics of stealing scenes. Adults, too, can turn to TuTu Barre for fun dance classes such as the Latin-tinged Zumba, as well as fitness classes such as Pilates, power yoga, and barre fitness.
Inspired by their own successes with weight loss, the passionate, certified instructors of Exhilarate Fitness Studio work with clients to establish personal fitness regimens and goals. They offer classes such as Zumba, TRX suspension training, and circuit training that welcome men and women of all fitness levels and abilities.

Even if clients can't make it to the gym, Crunch Live turns any living room or office into a workout space with an online video library of over 35 workouts. Students sweat and move along at home to easy-to-follow exercise routines led by energetic trainers as they tone targeted muscle groups and burn fat with courses in yoga, core strength, workouts for athletes, or Pilates.
The mission of Glow Yoga Studio is for each class to feel relaxed and reflective, giving students a chance to clear their minds as they improve their flexibility and strength. This studio, tucked inside Riverside Jazzercise, has a small staff of three instructors, two of whom have backgrounds that include dance and a third who traveled to India to learn how to teach yoga. They lead all-levels classes in three practices: Hatha, deep-stretch, and a blend of Iyengar, Yin, and Anusara.
Black belts dominate the instructors' wardrobes at Kicks Tae Kwon Do. More than 10 of the studio's instructors have one, and several possess belts of even greater distinction, including grand master Kit Mattson, who is an eighth-degree black belt. All of this talent and experience equates to expertly taught martial-arts classes where preschoolers and adults alike can learn how to punch, kick, and deliver zingers like Bruce Lee. The instructors also work their self-defense techniques into calorie-burning mixed-marital-arts, kickboxing, and boot-camp workouts.
