The quadruplet of photographers behind the lens at Considering Lilies Photography includes the well-traveled Kim Koluch, her daughter-in-law, Jamie, and her son-in-law, Aaron, and a recent addition— considered adopted family, Clayton. The strong family bonds that bind these shutterbugs are evident in their choice of photographic subjects: couples in love. The quadruplet travels to weddings—some held across the world—to capture everything from the groom awaiting the ceremony to the first dance to the bride throwing her cake. The photographers' clientele include families and children whose life moment's they have been capturing since their parent's engagement. As the senior photographer, Kim uses her romantic, creative, and unobtrusive style to ensure she captures every memorable detail and emotion that tell the personal story of each couple's big day.
Seven days a week, Duds ‘n Suds and Reynolds resonate with the gentle hum of their fleet of coin-operated washers and driers. Customers can manually cleanse their dirty apparel and towels or drop off laundry by the pound at the Duds ‘n Suds location to be washed, dried, and folded by the laundromats’ expertly trained staff. Customers waiting for freshly washed or dried articles can sip on complimentary coffee or place bets on how many tootsie pops it takes to fill a dryer.

Creative guru Victoria Martin II closely supervises each design project and event-planning service that gets contracted through Catalyst Events and Design, and her skilled coordinators craft personalized parties and wardrobe makeovers to match any budget or aesthetic. With offices in Toledo and Detroit, her planners tap into a vast network of vendors and suppliers, composing fun, inventive themes for clients’ parties, such as a Valentine's Day singles' mixer or a Bastille Day bounce-castle storming. As Catalyst’s party planners guide hosts through detailed budgets and invitation writing, its talented decorators and fashion experts breathe new life into homes, businesses, and personal wardrobes with style and space makeovers.
The technicians at Memory Transfers preserve memories stored in old media formats—including Super 8, 8mm, Beta, and VHS—by transferring them onto long-lasting DVDs. Before beginning, they back up all materials to ensure the contents stay intact during the transfer process, which utilizes flicker-free methodology, color-corrected LED lighting, and a dash of fairy dust. After the process is complete, techs print titles directly onto DVDs to identify them, rather than relying on labels, which are prone to fading and tearing. Altogether, the process takes about 7 to 10 days.
Photographic craftsfolk Larry and Wendy Bosely—who have been plying their trade for more than 20 years—brought in associate photographer Bailey Setzler in 2006, creating an artistic triumvirate that offers portrait sessions for seniors, kids, families, and lovebirds. At their Temperance studio, they can arrange both indoor and outdoor areas for posing. They also hit the road and travel to their subjects to document important milestones, from walking down the aisle at a wedding to ripping apart a mortarboard right after graduating from high school.
