Muscles are kept guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so participants never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, such as regular teeth brushing. In addition to the fitness classes, students receive a success guide to help prepare for imminent pound loss, a nutrition guide, and a $100 gift certificate for individual coaching. AnthroFit was born out of owner Tristen Davis’s love of anthropology and fitness. Tristen, who holds an MA in anthropology and certifications from CrossFit and the NCEP, designed a program that blends traditional fitness methods such as CrossFit and the paleo lifestyle with her own academic anthropology studies. The result is a fitness regimen that crosses various platforms, including CrossFit exercises, TRX Suspension Training, trail running, and weightlifting. Tristen is living proof of the results, as someone who used to suffer from chronic fatigue and has now completed more than 20 half marathons and three marathons.
