As clients perch in cushioned salon chairs, the team updates manes with expertly shaped cuts and a spectrum of hues furnished by Goldwell. Using formaldehyde-free Keratin Complex products, they smooth the texture of clients' tresses for three to five months, ensuring curl-calming results more durable than singing coifs nightly lullabies.

When Alexandria "Lexy" Hernandez isn’t painting with oils, sculpting, or making hats, she's working on human canvases—dusting on eye art, etching out defining features with makeup, and summoning radiance from skin with scrubs and body wraps. Her range of services is wide—she and her staff can twist hair into elegant updos or mist skin with a streak-free airbrush tan that lasts for up to 10 days and naturally fades away. In addition to traditional and airbrush makeup applications, she offers paramedical cosmetic sessions, which aim to conceal skin imperfections, the aftereffects of plastic surgery, or tattoos proclaiming the love of your ex-favorite mom. She also specializes in deep-tissue massage, which she calibrates to not only relax clients but also to encourage healing.

The staff also hosts special events, such as kids' and adults' birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and anniversary celebrations. During spa days, groups of 10–15 people partake in a celebration that includes mani-pedis and chocolate-covered strawberries.
