Bliss Yoga Studio's founder, Leslie Benedetti, carefully allocates her scarce time to her job, husband, and two children. However, like everyone, she needs time for herself. After experimenting with various types of Hatha yoga—her tonic for this frenetic, responsibility-saddled lifestyle—for nearly 20 years, Leslie concluded that yoga was the workout for which she was looking.
At her studio, Benedetti and her fellow instructors guide students through yoga’s sequence of breathing exercises, meditation, and poses. Each of the classes focus on a different movement and area, and all are designed to open the core and decompress the spine, releasing tension like a pilot saying the wheels work again.
