Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Do you bake any supplementary services into your main services?
I incorporate foot reflexology and hand massages into my service.
What are some of your most popular services? What do you think clients love them so much?
My most popular service is the 60-minute Swedish Massage. I feel that clients love this massage because, in addition to the light, relaxing massage, I incorporate a little pressure to relieve some of the tension in the client's body.
Talented hairstylists Danni, Renee, and Naeemah run the show at South Jersey House of Beauty, where they reinvent their customers’ looks with chic haircuts and color treatments. After discussing style goals with the client, the trio will get work, either snipping off split ends or revamping hues with full color treatments or luminous highlights. They skip the scissors all together while applying extensions, straightening hair with relaxers, or creating simple press and styles.
Clients come to Massage Therapy At Bejanies to relax, get pampered, and enjoy a respite from the stresses of everyday life. The bodywork experts here specialize in delivering these feel-good services through techniques such as Swedish, deep-tissue, hot-stone, and cranio-sacral massage. They also teach massage classes so that students may practice whisking away the tension away on their own.
Dr. Joseph Iannelli and his staff at Iannelli Wellness Center realign muscle racks with massage and chiropractic services that respect the body's ability to sustain and repair itself. By treating the vast network of nerves that runs from the brain through the spinal cord and into the rest of the body, the massage techniques used at the center can treat everything from back pain and sleep disorders to the discomfort that results from undergoing surgery or trampolining into a passing blimp. During spinal adjustments, Dr. Iannelli realigns the vertebrae by applying pressure with his hands or with an instrument. This process releases gases such as oxygen and nitrogen from joints, which creates a sound similar to cracking knuckles or krumping on bubble wrap. The process usually takes 5–10 minutes and does not typically cause any discomfort. Trees and a peaceful lake surround the Iannelli Wellness Center.
Though feet quite literally support the body, reflexologist Grace A. Morrow takes that idea several steps further?from her perspective, feet are the gateway to the entire body's wellbeing. In reflexology, each of several dozen pressure points on the bottom of each foot corresponds to a different organ or area of the body. By manipulating these pressure points using massage techniques, Morrow works to stimulate certain processes throughout the body. The idea is that this can help the body heal itself of various ailments, resulting in anything from reduced pain and muscle tension to increased energy and relaxation. Clients can arrange to have Morrow visit them in the office after a day spent chasing down runaway rolling chairs.
Whatever your personal style, you'll find somebody at Hairmaster's Unisex Salon who speaks your language. That goes for women and men alike, and it doesn't just apply to hair. Haircuts and highlights are just a small portion of the service menu here; the salon's beauty professionals cover nails with OPI and CND polish during mani-pedis.
