Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Do you bake any supplementary services into your main services?
I supplement my main services with LED light therapy and 24K nano-gold collagen gel masks.
What are some of your most popular services? What do you think clients love them so much?
I customize my treatments according to my clients' needs. I like to do combination treatments. The reason my clients love them so much is that they see results immediately. All my treatments are very result-oriented.
Do you use any products or brands you're particularly proud of? What makes them uniquely effective?
Having my own proprietary blends, I'm consistently striving to create better products by using the best and, in some cases, very exclusive ingredients, such as the Swiss apple stem-cell extract. I'm also very proud of the edelweiss stem cell with advanced technologies, such as nanotechnology.
The nail technicians at Monaco Nails & Spa keep hands and feet looking vibrant with a range of lavish nail services. Manicures and pedicures include not just a trim and a coat of polish, but a massage, conditioning, and hot towels to pamper the skin as well as the nails. Other services include facials, waxing, and acrylic-nail enhancements.
Led by Gabriel Salloum, MD, Miami Center for Plastic Surgery offers surgical and nonsurgical procedures designed to help patients meet their aesthetic goals. The Aesthetic Gallery serves as the center's surgery-free wing, where aestheticians beautify figures and faces in a swanky spa setting. Minimally and noninvasive services, such as Botox, laser hair removal, and chemical peels form the core of the aesthetic team's repertoire. The plastic-surgery wing, which includes six private treatment rooms, caters to those in search of more significant solutions, such as to lift eyes, shape noses, or banish unwanted bulk.
The center's 3,300-square-foot complex, envisioned by notable architect and designer Agustin Fernandez, steeps patrons in a sensory bath of postmodernism. Inside pristine white treatment rooms, leather lounge chairs present sleek vantage points to take in the surrealist artworks and plants that offset the building's stark architectural lines and corner-shaped corners.
Equipped with creativity and beauty skills honed at institutes in Barcelona, Spain, seasoned cosmetologist and stylist Monica Rosental brought her hair and eyelash talents stateside when she opened her salon in 2003. Her background studying painting, music, and architecture lends the eyes of an artist to her services, such as sculpting hairstyles with fresh cuts, adding texture to strands, or splashing hair with new hues. Monica's specialty is hair extensions, and she advises clients on the best type to fit their needs before tucking in clips, attaching keratin tips, or affixing tape or curtain extensions. In addition to tending hair, Monica ups eyelash potential with extensions, dyes, and perm services. Soothing music imbues the salon's private suites with a relaxing atmosphere, and a free parking area boasts enough room to fit several cars or a single brontosaurus.
Through the concentrated use of infrared light, LA Tans & Aesthetic Center helps clients reach their health apex through internal cleansing treatments. Take a seat in the sauna, a steam-free booth filled with infrared heaters waiting to saturate the skin in radiance as powerful as the sun's, minus the damaging ultraviolet rays and obnoxious ego. The infrared heat targets fat cells, lifts them head over heels, and shakes their pockets loose of contaminants in the form of perspiration. Infrared sessions are thought to increase circulation and stimulate tissues, which may be useful for treating arthritis or limbering up for a strenuous jazz-hands performance.
Marshall Cosmétique beautifies bodies and faces with an extensive scope of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries and treatments, from simple deep-cleaning facials, to a litany of lifts, enhancements, and touch-up procedures. Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Deirdre Marshall has an impressive CV—with extensive training in breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, facial and hand surgery, charitable medical missions to Vietnam and Central America, and a mantle sagging under the weight of awards and certifications from top medical schools. Here, she helps her patients fight the effects of aging with breast enhancements, facelifts, tummy-tucks, and liposuction, but can also recommend minimally invasive treatments like Botox and Juvaderm for temporary improvement.
