Developed for centuries in China, Kung Fu?or Chinese Martial Arts?includes a series of strengthening and self-defense techniques that have been perfected over thousands of years. At Rothrock's Kung Fu & Tai Chi, these techniques are incorporated into Kung Fu Fit, unique classes for all ages and levels of physicality. These classes combine the techniques of Kung Fu and kickboxing with instructors helping students learn not just to defensive measures, but also how to strengthen and tone their bodies.
Instructors at the female-only W.O.W. at Bodies R Us lead Zumba, spin, yoga, and kickboxing classes designed to strengthen and tone the bodies of their students. Gym members may also opt to use the strength training equipment in the weight room or cardio machines after dropping off children at the in-house daycare center.
For centuries masters have dedicated their lives to finding proper techniques that build internal and external strength together as one. Traditional Moo Doe movement is one of the safest and most effective ways to benefit your condition - mentally, physically and spiritually - dramatically improving your quality of life.

Yoga Matrika offers classes to suit every lifestyle and skill level, including those of expecting mothers, harried mail carriers, or horse trainers who use the "natural" technique. Newbies can ease into downward dog, warrior, and wicked vizier with a yoga foundations class or a nice, slow Matrika flow. More advanced yogis and yogi bears will prefer anusara yoga or the core challenge flow, while the adventurous might want to try special temporary classes such as zhong dao (Chinese yoga). The studio also offers prenatal yoga, Pilates mat, and mom & baby yoga, so your little one will be stretched to NBA-worthy lengths by kindergarten.
