The crunch of salt under foot. Soothing strains of spa music. The taste of salt on the lips. These sensations enrapture visitors to Salt Escape's halo-therapy chambers. Claiming accolades from CBS DFW and NBC DFW, experts have designed sterilized chambers to mimic the conditions of ancient salt caves once thought to grant healing properties. Between walls, floors, and ceilings coated in a layer of negative-ionized natural rock salt, Salt Escape works to create a spa environment filled with toys, café tables, and a stereo system to soothe adults and children more effectively than a night-light covered in honey. Halo-generators fill the air with controlled bursts of crushed salt, which generates a microclimate and assuages respiratory and skin conditions. To facilitate comfortable treatment sessions, staff members beckon visitors to recline in zero-gravity chairs, which cradle spines to neutralize the effects of gravity and recent rugby tournaments.
It?s no coincidence that Eatzi sounds a bit like the word ?easy??convenience is exactly what the European-style market?s founders had in mind. But unlike typical to-go spots, Eatzi?s convenience doesn?t equate to mediocre quality. Instead, chefs sear meat and other hot entrees fresh for customers at the open-air grill. They fill display cases with gourmet salads and sides and allow shoppers to sample anything in order to make a decision. And on the bakery side, a European baker with more than 30 years of experience oversees the production of fresh loaves of bread and makes sure that each baguette will fit in the standard Parisian bike basket. Of course, there are plenty of artisan cheeses, deli meats, olive oils, vinegars, marinades, and mustards for the taking in the market, too. The staff can even help pair a bottle of champagne or cabernet with chosen meals.

Yogurt Zone is one of the few places where dessert has a wealth of health benefits. Frozen yogurt—which comes in flavors such as green-apple tart, heath toffee crunch, green-tea tart, and birthday cake—is high in calcium and protein, can lower cholesterol, and has active cultures that facilitate the digestive process. After pumping any combination of these healthy swirls at Yogurt Zone, customers pile on toppings from a selection that includes granola bars, walnuts, yogurt raisins, and brownie bites before a staffer weighs it to price it.
