For more than 17 years, the photographers at Fashion Shots have devoted every inch of their 3,500-square-foot studio, to letting ladies feel sexy and confident, with a theater viewing room complete with red carpet, and a makeup and dressing room area. During boudoir and glamour shoots, women strike sultry poses with female photographers under artfully arranged lighting, rotating through different outfits and getting primped by onsite hairstylists and makeup artists. Afterward, the team retouches shots to erase any blemishes or photo-bombing ghosts.
Steven Burchard is used to entertaining an audience—he spent 13 years commanding the stage as a magician. So when he established Magical Memories Entertainment, he already boasted a solid understanding of what keeps crowds captivated. That’s why he and his team provide all the trappings for a memorable bash: DJs and bands; clowns, fortunetellers, and caricaturists; photographers and photo booths; and even arcade and carnival games.
Photographer Kelly Madison understands the patience and compassion it takes to capture a youngster's innocence and milestones—she developed her passion for children's photography while taking photos of her own son, Owen. At Owen Smiles Photography, she channels these personal and professional experiences into each maternity, newborn, and children's photo shoot, capturing portrait-style and candid images on location. After each shoot, Kelly edits the images to bring out the angelic sparkle in each child's eyes and cover up any glints of malice.
Each portrait ordered from Owen Smiles Photography can be framed in one of JasperLilly's artistic, colorful frames.
Driven by a love of family and memories, Amy Paradis snaps shots of her clients' milestones from weddings to house sales. Her portraits run the gamut from maternity or professional styles to senior pictures. Additionally, her wedding photography captures all the frenetic energy of the ceremony before her editing removes any wedding-crashing bears from the photos. She also helps local businesses generate revenue and incite customers' hunger pains with real estate and food photography.
"We were always the kids in the group with cameras," Christopher Anderson reminisced in an interview with The Register Citizen of his more-than-decade-long friendship with Eric Dinnen. The two self-taught shutterbugs transformed their photographing hobby into freelancing careers before joining forces in 2010 to shoot local bands and stage performances. Soon thereafter they formed Iconography By, which hosts portraiture sessions in its naturally lit studio adorned with framed photos and canvas gallery wraps from recent shoots. Outside of the studio, Eric and Christopher capture cherished moments at weddings and corporate Survivor events. Clients can peruse their proofs two weeks after their session before determining which poses to preserve as prints or high-resolution digital images.
