A locally owned fitness destination for 30 years, Peak Health & Wellness provides patrons with three facilities as spacious and well-maintained as gyms owned by a corporate entity, but as personalized as a family business. Guests walk into any location to find large workout floors stocked with rows of cardio and strength equipment, separate group-aerobics studios, and indoor courts for playing tennis, squash, basketball, and pretend jury duty. The personable staff of certified trainers lead 40 distinct fitness programs including group classes of Insane-X, X-Fit, and spin, while onsite childcare centers watch over the little ones as parents work out. To solve the other side of the health and wellness equation, each locale hosts various nutrition programs and seminars.
Helmed by Master Teacher and owner Maria Sevilla, professionally certified instructors at The Pilates Life flex their teaching muscles to give individual attention to each client. The mat and springboard class, limited to eight people per session, suits all fitness levels from retired ranchers to adept acrobats. The mat exercises build core strength, precision and control, and combine forces with the springboard to provide pupils with challenging exercises for the upper and lower limbs. Guided by instructors who have completed a comprehensive certified program including mat, apparatus and anti-levitation training, classes are shepherded with vigilance and encouragement. Classes are available for sign up on the detailed online schedule. Groupon customers can sign up online after taking their first class.

The experienced staffers at Deer Park Physical Therapy & Fitness Center have plenty of national certifications and advanced degrees, but, most importantly, they have a passion for ensuring that each client under their care lives a healthy, well-balanced life. Through soothing massage modalities, kinesio taping, and physical therapy, medical professionals help patients overcome sports injuries and prevent further damage to their bodies. Regular events such as runs and bike rides help foster a sense of community among like-minded athletes, while a well-equipped fitness center keeps members in good health with Pilates, personal training, and bike and athletic performance training.
