The Catering Brigade, accredited by the American Culinary Federation, comprises professional cooks and chefs, each of whom hails from a unique culinary background. Led by Chef Doc, a Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts graduate who started his first catering business at 16, the staff practices the mantra, "If we can't pronounce we, we don't use it." Thus, their dishes—be they for weddings, corporate events, or romantic dinners at home—are created without chemicals, additives, or Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Candy Cake Company's cast of seven flavors, featuring chocolate mint, red velvet, double chocolate, and coconut, satisfies the cravings of even the most indecisive Hydra heads.
At Jackie's Ice Creams, employees have the ability to create any ice-cream or sorbet flavor a client wants. Aside from custom-made treats, the team churns out a varied selection of always-gourmet, sometimes-outrageous goodies. That list includes birthday cakes, cupcakes, and even candy apples, which are perfect for passing out at parties or throwing at a just-married bride and groom.
