Q&A with Lisa, Head Trainer

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Members wear heart-rate monitors so they can see how hard they are working during the session. This keeps them motivated to stay on track. We have two large Apple TVs with members' names on [them] and their heart rates and how many calories they are burning during the workout. This motivates them to give it their best effort. Our coaches motivate our clients to reach new fitness levels and goals.

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
We primarily focus on providing one-hour group training sessions.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Orangetheory Fitness is five-zone-heart-rate interval-based training. Our three primary areas we focus on include cardiovascular, strength, and power training. The program is high energy, results oriented, and different each day. We help people reach their goals with safe, science-based, structured workouts that are efficient and fun. We have water rowers and Free Motion treadmills, SBT suspension-training straps, BOSUs, dumbbells, and ab dollies. We change the workout daily to keep things fresh and interesting. Most of all, our members see results, and that's what keeps them coming back.
