It's not just the authentic spices that make the food memorable at Deep Indian Restaurant—it's also timing. The eatery's cooks know just how long to roast lamb, chicken, and seafood in their tandoor oven. Those proteins go into rich curries, vindaloo, tikka masala, and other dishes that diners sop up with rounds of pillowy naan. For a tour of flavors, try the thali meal; it features multiple dishes and is finished with a cup of masala tea.

StateWide Maids' systematic sanitizers tidy up domiciles with a barrage of both conventional and organic cleaning products and a comprehensive checklist particular to each room. Unencumbered by room-size restrictions, the spot scourers speedily purge dust and cobwebs from furniture, windows, and ceiling fans, wipe away grime from light switches and outlets, and spot-clean walls to erase all evidence of their late-night spaghetti binges. A swirling shine enhances bathroom countertops with a tarnish-free gleam, and an aggressive disinfection banishes dallying germs and sudsy toeprints from floors, toilets and sinks. Refusing to confine their talents to only the most traveled of living spaces, the clean team also beautifies bedrooms with freshly polished furniture, vacuumed or washed floors, and freshly made beds.
In 1990, Christina Rondeau fell in love. With martial arts, that is. After earning her black belt and competing in amateur karate and martial arts tournaments all over the United States and Europe, Rondeau decided to go pro. She travelled the globe as a member and coach on the USA WAKO kickboxing team, and went on to win the women's lightweight title. Rondeau continued to feed her athletic hunger with a switch to pro boxing and appeared in numerous print media and television shows, including The Maury Povich Show.
Having achieved fame and glory, Rondeau took on a new fight: she wanted to help women and children defend themselves while gaining indomitable confidence. She has authored books, created instructional DVDs, and opened Rondeau’s Kickboxing. The 24/7 gym garnered Rhode Island Monthly’s readers’ pick for Best Fitness Center in 2010, due in no small part to its empowering blend of fitness and martial-arts-based classes. Rondeau also promotes safety in her community by participating in events geared towards ending violence toward women and girls and teaching local schoolchildren how to defend themselves or pass a math quiz without using weapons. She also coordinated a box-a-thon to help line the shelves of a Rhode Island food bank.

In addition to adult classes, kids can also learn fitness basics alongside peers as their instructors focus on instilling discipline and concentration while giving kids a outlet for their energy. The studio is used as a training site for 5Ks and other races as well as police and firemen academies.
