Lifestyle Fitness (LSF) provides a Cardio Circuit Boot Camp that targets a total body resistance training workout. We have designed an 8 to 12 station cardio circuit that utilizes Body Weight, Dumb Bells, Weight Bars & Kettle Bells, that will achieve 1 to 3 miles of cardio and burn over 700 calories per workout.
At locations throughout the world, Fit Body Bootcamp's instructors share a common goal: to guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals through regimented training programs. At the Colorado Springs Location, head trainer Nathan Cragg combines the techniques he gained from 12 years of army training with Fit Body Bootcamp's tried-and-true fitness strategies. He and his team of trainers lead group classes that integrate cardio with resistance training, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. He designs workouts to be time efficient and varied, avoiding workout plateaus that may leave clients uninspired. In addition to motivating clients to work their bodies, Nathan also empowers them with healthy eating guidelines.
Crossfit Pandora’s Box welcomes students of all fitness levels to one-hour Crossfit classes held seven days a week. Head trainer Tamara Gray motivates students to demolish their self-perceived barriers during strength and conditioning workouts that vary daily. Drawing from the same principles as police-academy and military special-ops training, the total-body fitness regimen utilizes a rotating cast of equipment that includes kettlebells, tires, and spiked maces to scare calories out of hiding. The co-ed group setting fosters a communal atmosphere, filling the expansive workout studio with echoes of shouts and booming high-fives.
Helmed by Keith Banner, an NFPT-certified trainer and former member of the U.S. National Cycling Team, Body Blast Boot Camp sculpts strong, fit bodies with one-hour boot-camp classes. Heart rates rise as students power through a circuit of exercise stations that challenges different muscle groups with cardiovascular exercises, resistance-training moves, and iron spoons used by Mensa's telekinesis team. By harnessing the power of interval training, each workout melts a maximum number of calories while building muscles and endurance. Working out with others also motivates participants to push themselves harder, stick to a regimen, and bond with new friends over tales of general sweatiness and mutual plans to beat up the ocean. The coaching staff at D1 Sports Training refuses to discriminate between professional athletes and everyday exercisers. They scale the strength and cardio workouts of their group boot-camp classes and one-on-one intensive courses to individual abilities, bringing out the best in each student regardless of their workout history. The typical D1 gym houses modern indoor turf fields with adjoining weight rooms, giving instructors the space to invent expansive obstacle courses that may require students to lift tires or tug 747s.
In both the boot-camp and Total Fit programs, coaches meet with students one-on-one to discuss athletic progress and find ways to improve further. Each facility also houses a sports therapy clinic, where expert therapists ease muscle injuries through rehabilitation programs and strength-restoring exercises.
