Georgi Rusafov, Tara Rusafov and Lisa Kaleta want to use their 20+ years of experience to do more than just teach young students to dance. In addition to building a strong foundation in various dance styles, they work to instill discipline, self-esteem, and team work. Largely focused on ballet, the classes offered are geared toward boys and girls age 3 and older. Classical ballet courses lay the groundwork for more advanced technique, such as pointe and repertoire dance, which teaches dancers the choreography of characters from famous productions such as Clara from The Nutcracker or the ballerina from wind-up jewelry boxes. Instructors also go beyond ballet to teach jazz, tumbling, hip-hop, and ballroom dance.
Let?s Grow Studios gets families moving together in yoga, sports, and fitness classes for people of all ages, from infant to grandparent. Adults can shed excess weight while dancing to Latin beats in Zumba classes, and youths can develop coordination in kids' yoga. The center makes it easy for everyone to participate by offering memberships for kids, adults, and families.
Though they come from very different backgrounds, the instructors at Joyful Yoga Studio all share one common link: they genuinely love what they do. Inside the 3,000-square-foot studio, they share that collective passion as they lead more than 50 classes per week. Many of those classes are branches of yoga, but the schedule also features Pilates, Zumba, TRX, barre, and Pound Fitness. With such diversity, newcomers might not know which class suits their needs. But, luckily, exercisers can confide in the studio's staff to help them identify which classes are best for losing weight, which are ideal for gaining strength, and which look most impressive on an online dating profile.
The inspiring trainers at each MetaBody location lead troops of workouteers in results-oriented workouts several times weekly. Sweat sessions utilize a variety of exercises and disciplines to produce full-body results in a supportive environment, ideal for beginners and hard-core core-hardeners alike. During any class, motivational instructors will use the instinctual distrust of routine to their advantage. Begin a day of litigating with a refreshing early-morning boot-camp session, or wind down by burning evidence and pounds with a late-evening yoga class. Muscles are kept guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so participants never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, such as regular teeth brushing. In addition to the fitness classes, students receive a success guide to help prepare for imminent pound loss, a nutrition guide, and a $100 gift certificate for individual coaching. Because the pass sets a 10-class cap at any given location, roving fitness mavens can further shake up their workout regimens by vetting a series of classes or instructors that work best for them.
Accountability, motivation, and guidance: these are the three things that set StudioFIT apart from its competitors. Long-time trainer and StudioFIT founder MJ Reavley noticed what happened when people went to the gym without these three elements: they didn't get their desired results and often quit. To avoid this outcome, he established a center where members were motivated to get in shape, held accountable by each other, and consistently challenged by fitness personnel during specialty classes and training sessions. Thanks to high-intensity workouts that employ metabolic conditioning and functional movements, they burn more calories than they would simply running on a treadmill or running away from a treadmill that's magically come to life. But members don't just get exercise at StudioFIT?they also receive customized meal plans and are invited to attend weekly nutrition counseling led by a dietician.
