Eagle Fork Corn Maze's array of seasonal entertainment includes all the favorite standbys: hay rides, pony rides, and plenty of pumpkins just waiting to be turned into pies or jack-o'-lanterns. They even up the ante on the farm theme with a custom playground slide built out of a retro combine. But the most impressive attraction, of course, is the corn maze. The vast labyrinth features a new design each year; this year, it incorporates the shape of the 4-H clover logo into its twisting pathways. Eagle Fork's organizers chose the layout to help raise awareness for the organization, which provides youth development programs across the country.
Different from the average pet-boarding facility, Paradise 4 Paws has a bone-shaped pool surrounded by more than 20,000 square feet of indoor play area, plush accommodations, and comfy boarding suites. Staff members roam the facility 24/7, playing with animals during the day, tucking them in at night, and performing à la carte services such as grooming, obedience training, health checkups, and canine massage therapy. Cats can lounge in a bungalow complete with cat perches, views of an aquarium, and access to climbing trees in the facility’s Adventure Jungle. Paradise 4 Paws has its own training academy, and its pet-care professionals have received pet-first-aid certification from the American Red Cross.
The pet-minded staff cares about pet owners, as well, granting access to the play area’s real-time webcams and offering airport parking and transportation.
According to Vox Magazine, jewelry designer Kyle Batisch flourishes at revamping an old piece of jewelry as much as he does creating one from scratch. Often, customers will present him with an antique bracelet or necklace that belonged to a loved one with the request that he make it new again, often with a different jewel or an eye-catching new finish. With the help of Kyle’s jewelry-designer wife Tracy and custom-jeweler Kevin Oleson, KT Diamond Jewelers has created more than a thousand custom pieces of jewelry for clients to cherish for generations. Guests often come to the shop with specific ideas for their custom trinkets, which Kyle and Tracy sketch to make sure their vision aligns with the client's. Once on paper, Kevin takes over to carve the design into wax, fit the stones, and show the prototype to his customer before crafting the final masterpiece in metal. Once the metal has been cast, he cleans it and resets the stones, resulting in a new bauble designed to immortalize wedding vows or simulate the joy of winning an NBA championship.

Midway One Stop Diner's staff takes its homestyle comfort cuisine seriously, especially when it comes to the Big 70 challenge. This platter of seven biscuits, four slices of bacon, two servings of hash browns, and 70 ounces of creamy sausage gravy is so hearty that it has only been finished by three people. Not to worry, though?the majority of visitors who aren't up to the task have a range of diner classics to choose from, all of which are served 24 hours a day. Three-egg omelets and hot cakes are crafted fresh throughout the day and night alongside platters of grilled or fried pork, steak, or chicken. Another signature dish is the monster burger, a 1-pound patty smothered in cheese and other toppings.
