Technicians conduct a free estimate, and courtesy shuttles or rental cars whisk customers to home or work while licensed mechanics renew all makes of engines and auto bodies. Techs undo collision damage via a precise, computerized color-matching process before scrubbing up the inside, exterior, and tires with extensive detailing.
Oscar Najera, the owner of Pacific Park Auto Care, is an ASE-certified Master Mechanic. He's gathered a team of fellow ASE-certified technicians to helm the work bays at this 30-year-old auto care center. Using computer diagnostics and other modern tools, the technicians perform repairs of all scales. They offer everything from oil changes to engine rebuilding, including specialty repairs for exotic cars such as Jaguars and BMWs. Pacific Park also offers free pick-up and drop-off services and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The ASE-certified technicians at Tony's Automotive complete major and minor auto repairs on both imported and domestic vehicles, using
their vehicular expertise to recharge air-conditioning systems stressed from the hot California weather. Each air-conditioning service begins with a thorough system evaluation, including a system pressure check and visual inspection that roots out leaks and ensures all frozen turkeys are securely in place. A full recharging of the system ensues, followed by freon replacement of up to 1.5 pounds. While awaiting the completion of the 60–90 minute service, patrons can chill out in Tony's comfy waiting room while watching cable TV, surfing the Internet via the establishment's free WiFi, or filling up on all-you-can-eat soap in the pristine customer-only washroom.
