Down Under Sports and Fitness founders and personal training duo Samantha and Stephen, who hail from Australia and the United States, respectively, use their diverse backgrounds to help push exercisers toward their fitness goals. The other members of their training team also boast their own specific specialties, be it strength training or improving posture.

Yoga Inlet’s highly skilled instructors, all of whom are professionally certified and one of whom is a physical therapist, aim to help their students spark vitality and short-circuit stress. The studio’s specialty style is Svaroopa, a gentle type of Hatha that focuses on alignment and uses support over the course of up to 14 poses per class. Yoga+Plus, a more classic Hatha style, focuses on the relationship between movement and breath while increasing students’ strength, flexibility, and ability to catch butterflies in jars. Tai chi/qigong is also available. Choose from 17 class times in a given week; the studio provides all class essentials, so no one need bring their own equipment.
