After hunting their prey across containment zones, the tables turn as players shed their makeup and rigor mortis to return to the race as runners. Those who finish fastest and with their flags intact can earn prizes. But everyone who participates gets a T-shirt, swag bag, custom silicon bracelets, and snacks and drinks after they've crossed the finish line.

Bryan designed his first CrossFit class when he was stationed in Afghanistan, using any equipment he could get his hands on: sandbags, weight volleyballs, steel rods.
