PGA professional Chad Evans couples his expertise as a master club-fitting technician with technology from the TaylorMade Performance Labs at New Albany Country Club to analyze golfers’ swings with digital precision. Previously only available to professional golfers and eccentric billionaires, one-on-one sessions with Chad help to diagnose swing mechanics and outfit golfers with the appropriate club fittings. While players practice swings and birdie-hunting techniques in the laboratory, a course simulator with ball-flight and ball-tracking technology captures swing patterns, ball-flight logistics, and information regarding slices, hooks, and chunks. As links lovers swing away, Chad observes them closely to determine the ideal shaft, head, and grip combination for each player.
