From that moment on—and even more so when they became fathers and husbands—they were determined to do everything in their power to provide women with self-defense tools. Now that they’ve started Divas In Defense, they have put together expert teams of trainers and support staff in several states and in Mexico, all of whom share a passion for female empowerment and safety. Clients, on their quest for self-empowerment, train under expert instructors who lead women and girls aged 7 and older through self-defense classes while teaching them situational awareness, strikes, and de-arming moves while building their strength and stamina.
