Trained by Allergan, the manufacturers of Botox, during the initial clinical trials of Botox Cosmetic in 1999, Dr. Kelly is a veteran in the world of skin-smoothing injections. To promote the growth of the body's stem cell production of collagen synthesis, Dr. Kelly and a fellow colleague created the The Vampira Facial and PRP- Natural Facelift. For more than 14 years her aesthetic repertoire has expanded to include skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and a bevy of other skin-clarifying techniques that leave complexions baby soft and adult durable.
Each of the 18 fairways at Haven Golf Course presents golfers with a lush Bermuda-grass oasis in which to craft artful divots as they traverse the par-72 track. The Arthur Jack Snyder, ASGCA design leads playing groups along 6,905 yards of the Green Valley, clustering around a large elongated lake on one side and wrapping around several residential blocks on the other. Prior to embarking on their expedition, groups can warm up at the practice facility, complete with grass tees that mimic on-course lies.
Adjacent to the main championship course lies Haven's Tortuga Golf Course, a short par-3 course with holes that measure between 50 and 90 yards. This shrunken jaunt presents beginning golfers with an easy place to take up the game and more experienced golfers a place to practice air strumming their putter.

Tire flipping, weight heaving, and rope jumping. These are a few of the intense exercises of CrossFit that employs everyday movements. By using functional movements, GV Crossfit’s trainers ready their classes for all physical activities imaginable. It also enhances strength, speed, and agility. To keep their charges pumped and engaged, they also change the daily workout each day, staving off the boredom of repetition during group sessions where all involved motivate and inspire each other to reach and exceed fitness goals.
The trainers at Bodyzen Boot Camps know many workout environments can be intimidating. That's why their outdoor boot-camp sessions are brief, entertaining, and adaptable, featuring exercises with three stages of intensity to suit different strength levels. The 30- to 45-minute classes include kettlebell swings, cardio drills, and bodyweight moves designed to torch fat from physiques of all builds. During the camp's vigorous intervals, instructors patrol their troops with a personal trainer's eye and tailored advice. They continue the trend of individualized treatment after class, when they open the floor for questions and six-pack show-and-tell.
Though they devote much of their energy to fast-paced routines, staff members also highlight the value of proper nutrition. Each camper receives a nutritional manual and a six-week meal plan to guide eating escapades, and optional body-composition analyses keep them up-to-date with their own progress.
Owners Tom and Dawn Wilson hope that members of Zona Fitness can move as casually and comfortably to the gym's free-weight rack as they do to their own front door. In an effort to combat the overwhelming crowds and uncomfortable scrutiny of "box" gyms, they created a smaller, more welcoming workout space, equipped with an aerobics studio and modern exercise machinery. Here, they view intimidation as the enemy and customization as the ideal.
Their personal-training programs build routines for clients of all skill levels and aspirations. In addition to adult appointments, the nationally certified trainers host sessions for children and teens that accommodate growing bodies, instead of simply telling them "you'll lift more when you're older." Instructors also demonstrate barbell lifts, martial arts strikes, and cardio dance moves during Les Mills group classes, which share the schedule with yoga and boot-camp lessons. The staff even caters to family members at each end of the age spectrum: childcare services supervise youngsters, and Silver Sneakers courses showcase senior-friendly maneuvers.
