Airborne Trampoline Arena has found a playful alternative to wall-to-wall carpeting—wall-to-wall trampolines. Kids bounce on the center's vast springy surface or literally bounce off the walls, which have wall-mounted trampolines of their own. For a break from bouncing, jumpers dive into massive foam pits filled with cushiony blocks. Youngsters explore the play space sans structure during open-play sessions, and the center also hosts trampoline-centric games and classes, such as bouts of Air Dodgeball and toning Airobics workouts.
The chefs at Mountain Grill, located inside the Yarrow Hotel & Conference Center, create seasonal menus inspired by locally sourced ingredients. Past entrees have included seared tuna over mixed greens with cilantro-ginger vinaigrette and smoked-gouda mac ‘n’ cheese. The dining area features fireside seating along with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to sweeping mountain vistas.
No smile goes unnoticed in one of Utah Party Pix's kitted out photo booths. Up to ten people can slide into each booth at a time, which uses touch-screen technology to capture images. After groups strike silly or serious poses, the booth spits out color, black-and-white, or sepia prints in moments. Party hosts can customize their photo booths with props and signs that commemorates their special event. And once the party's over, they can review all the shots in DVD, CD, or online format.
There are knives on the tables at Rib City Grill, but you won't need them if you order the baby-back ribs. These ribs are basted in signature barbecue sauce, smoked until they're fall-off-the-bone tender, and then slow-cooked over hardwoods. The eatery's cooks even back their baby-back ribs with a bold claim?if you have to use a knife, they're on the house.
Baby-back ribs aren't the only specialty at Rib City Grill. Diners can also chow down on St. Louis?style ribs, burgers, and pulled-pork sandwiches on jumbo buns. Sides such as three-cheese fries sprinkled with bacon bits and fried okra round out meals, along with glasses of beer.

Named one of Parents magazine's Top 10 Birthday Chains in 2010, Color Me Mine's international franchise of DIY ceramics studios cater to an older crowd as well. Hundreds of unadorned ceramic pieces?including vases, flatware, and busts of Elvis?await the attentions of muses of kids and their keepers alike, as do glazes in earthy tones and bright crimsons to frighten bulls away from china cabinets. Guests follow simple step-by-step instructions that leave plenty of room for creative expression. When painters are satisfied with their work, the professional kiln-workers help glaze and fire it for them before customers retrieve the finished piece 7-10 days later.
