Extreme Gymnastics & Cheer's colorful 17,000 square-foot facility is stocked so full of foam pits, climbing nets, trampolines, and gymnastics equipment that children can freely and safely bounce off the walls. With the help of attentive instructors, they’re also learning coordination and agility skills while they’re at it.
In that well-monitored space, classes in gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, and acrobatic parkour also take place for children of all ages. Birthday parties and hall monitor retirements at Extreme also see staff members providing set-up, entertainment, and party coordination so parents can join in on the fun too.
The experienced staff at POWER trains athletes of all ages at three Central Valley locations. Boot camp classes get grown-ups fit with thrice-weekly workouts designed to help them reach fitness goals. Participants bring hand weights to each session, and leave with instructions for at-home workouts for days off. Meanwhile, across padded floors and rows of trampolines, kids and teenagers in cheerleading classes tumble and spring their way to pep-rally mastery.
