Bonnie Formia has always been active—whether competing in gymnastics as a youth or taking physical education and nutrition classes in college. Bonnie’s love of fitness and health still continues today as the personal trainer and group instructor—with multiple certifications—helps teens, adults, and seniors with her personal formula of strength training, conditioning workouts, and metabolic-based eating.
