With that in mind, the duo lead exercise programs that help members slim down and stay active. Members are given 24-hour access to the gym, allowing them to drop in whenever, rather than interrupting the block of time they usually spend winding all the clocks in their houses.
As clients hammer through obstacle courses, kick down freestanding punching bags, and grind through cardio routines, the trainers at B-Fit Bootcamps are there to motivate them every step of the way. Their signature one-hour boot-camp sessions are rigorous, but they dedicate themselves to leaving no camper behind.
