In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Our menu centers on authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
The Finocchio Flower Power won first place at the World Pizza Championships in Naples, Italy.
We also cater to gluten-free and vegetarian customers, and our top-shelf bar offers classic Sicilian digestifs and aperitifs.

It was imported from Naples, weighs over two tons, and heats up to 900 degrees.
The pies cook in less than 90 seconds, and we constantly rotate them so they cook evenly.
Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem?not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
Our calamari are not your ordinary calamari. They are tender and not rubbery at all. We offer an amazing Cavolo Nero, which is Tuscan kale prepared in three different ways. We also have a new item called Aww...Nuts, which is prepared with pistachio nuts imported from Bronte, Sicily.

Children are always welcome at Krescendo. Nancy, the Master Pizzaiola, loves to watch the young patrons play with the pizza dough that she brings to the table. If time permits, she will even show them how to "push" the pie.
