CrossFit incorporates movements found in everyday life at high intensity. That intensity is relative to each participant. Our workouts change daily, so you will never get bored with one routine. This is fitness for everybody.

Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain?? Why or why not?

To an extent. You should be working out at a level that is outside your comfort zone to see maximum results. However, we never want you to push so hard that you are in actual physical pain during or after exercise.

Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?

Yes, we provide fitness regimens that help participants of every age, fitness level, and body type achieve success. We believe in creating a memorable, positive, and fun experience by being an intimidation-free gym.

Yes and no: results come through challenging your body physically and mentally. Just as with any endeavor, you must get out of your comfort zone to see improvements and reach your goals. Injury is never a goal, but you must challenge yourself to be better each day?safely.
