When you mix time-honored recipes with fresh ingredients, the results can only be good?and that's been Troy's Greek Restaurant's method since it opened in 1985. Inside, crisp white tablecloths set the stage for classic Greek dishes, including gyro meat served in just about every form: nesting in hot pitas, formed into half-pound burgers, topping salads, or concealed inside a wooden horse. Once plates are wiped clean, servers re-emerge from the kitchen with baklava, rice pudding, and other Greek sweets.
