I always provide time to sit down and talk before we ever begin a treatment so that my clients feel comfortable and are able to provide me with helpful information to make their session as effective and enjoyable as possible. I also do a postural assessment beforehand to address specific needs and focus areas. During the treatment, I set up special pillows for optimal positioning. I use a blend of eastern and western massage techniques with focused intent to create a safe space for a body/mind healing experience. I encourage my clients to communicate their needs and wants and to ask as many questions as necessary. I also have many resources for support and education and a lending library for all my clients!
