Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We get to know each student personally; they are not just dollar signs. Each client becomes part of the IMC community, where they are surrounded by an outstanding support group of staff members and other students. Also, our instructors live healthy lifestyles; they practice what they preach.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Rewarding, challenging, and fun?but most of all, inspirational.
