Every facial includes a hand and foot massage with a special aromatherapy blend. We also start each facial with a wonderfully relaxing 15-minute cleansing face, neck and shoulder massage. This softens and readies the skin for the treatment to follow.

The most common beauty mistake people make is not washing their faces properly and skipping the wash either in the morning or night. Often the wrong products are used as well. 70% of your skin care regimen is what you do at home, with the right products specially designed for your skin type and skin condition. Cleansing your face morning and night with the right cleanser (no soap please) is essential for healthy, beautiful skin. Massage your cleanser in for at least one minute and rinse with tepid water - it will plump your skin and prepare it for your morning or evening regimen.
