The dimly lit Grand Tapas Hall, however, facilitates deeper stretching with a thermostat set to a sweat-inducing 95 degrees. This higher temperature loosens muscles, expels toxins, and thaws ancestors preserved in ice during 90-minute hot-yoga classes.
