Dirt Fitness owner Kelli Musa designed the signature workout at Dirt, which has been mentioned by outlets such as the Palm Beach Post, the Boca Raton Observer, and NBC 6. Fusing elements of cardio and strength training, the 40-minute Dirty 40 sessions gather groups of students to burn up to 700 calories, which is equivalent to a hamburger's entire weekly income. Instructors also lead Vinyasa yoga classes, isometric barre fitness classes, and Hot Barre classes in a 90-degree room. Certified trainers even supervise open-gym sessions, allowing students to pursue extracurricular fitness on their own. Dirt Fitness recently expanded with the opening of it newest location in Boca Raton which features an 8000 sq. ft. fitness studio.

The team at Inception Exclusive Athletic Studio treats taking care of one’s body as a lifestyle. They believe that working out and eating healthy “is a 24/7 job” with no “stopping or starting . . . only doing.” To that end, they help patrons achieve this lifestyle through group classes that incorporate RealRyder stationary bicycles, Vertimax sports-training drills, and yoga-and-dance techniques. Small classes of up to 10 enable instructors to tailor workouts to each participant’s needs, and professional equipment, such as kettlebells and TRX bands, give exercisers an opportunity to heighten their workouts.

With nearly 150 classes offered weekly at three locations, Busy Body Fitness Center has workouts for dancers, boxers, and yogis alike. The packed calendar also dabbles in popular fitness acronyms, like P90X and TRX, which develop participants' overall strength and endurance. Those who enjoy their routines with a little rhythm can drop by for Zumba, Dance Jam, or Drums Alive, whereas high-powered cardio work is the theme of spinning and kickboxing classes. The atmosphere of group classes is informed by communal support. This spirit of encouragement is also echoed in one-on-one guidance from personal trainers. In addition to a typical fitness background of coaching clients and mining medicine balls from the depths of the earth, each trainer has a minimum of 10 years of physical-therapy experience. That ensures they can both help clients find the most beneficial exercises and teach them how to properly execute those workouts.
