Ninety-minute Bikram yoga classes encourage participants to unfurl across yoga mats through a sequence of 26 postures as tireless air ducts and domesticated dragons heat the space up to 105 degrees. Power Vinyasa classes in 60-, 75-, and 90-minute sessions reach 95-degree temperatures as Baron Baptiste–inspired exercises strengthen muscles and cores. Eighteen weekly yoga classes are held as early as 6:30 a.m. or as late as 6:45 p.m., allowing for heated workouts before breakfast or following afternoons spent painting still lifes of breakfast.
