Though Alberto Buckeridge has been a personal trainer for 15 years, he has also played football, competed as a body builder, and even earned a degree in physical therapy. So he understands how the human body works. As owner and head trainer at Lake Mary Fitness By Alberto, he lends his expertise to clients of all fitness levels, from novice exercisers to professional hockey players, footballers, and WWE wrestlers.
Over time, Alberto has developed an affinity for certain methods and equipment; he makes use of TRX suspension harnesses in almost all of his classes. He cautions clients, though, that their exercise regimen only constitutes a part of what they need to do to improve their bodies. The rest of their efforts should be devoted to eating properly, which includes cutting unhealthy fats, keeping protein intake high, and always chewing before you swallow.

Master Chon wears a sixth-degree Korean black belt and spent time as the conditioning coach for the Korean Olympic tae kwon do team. He also earned a master’s degree in special education, and has combined his talents to help special-needs children blossom during structured tae kwon do classes. Other classes are geared toward preschoolers, adults, and women wanting to learn self-defense moves.
A five-time American Taekwondo Association World Champion, chief master Von Schmeling, began Victory Martial Arts to teach pupils confidence and leadership skills while imparting martial-arts techniques. Classes capped at 30 students, with at most 10 students per instructor, cover disciplines such as general martial arts, krav maga, and self-defense for thwarting assailants and heavily armed spiders. Budding martial artists hone their craft alongside loved ones in family sessions or practice maneuvers in age-specific sequences for kids, teens, or adults.
