While Rhythm Earthsong's piano career is measured in decades—four of them, to be exact—his love for the instrument can only be measured in centuries. In the time since he first started tickling the ivory at the age of six, he's immersed himself in more than 300 years of piano history, listening and playing everything from Bach and Beethoven to Bill Evans and Dave Brubeck. After graduating from piano conservatory, he took to tuning and repairing pianos in his twenties, calibrating the hammers and replacing the strings on every kind of piano imaginable, except those cartoonishly suspended over busy city sidewalks. Along the path between these early projects and his current role as the sole proprietor of Earthsong Piano, he's found himself in the recording dens and on stages alongside some famous clients, including Elton John, Count Basie, Andre-Michel Schub, and Dave Brubeck.
Peter McCarthy and his six-string axe have played alongside members of No Doubt, Toto, Anthrax, The Eagles, and more. His virtuosity made playing with such a diverse collection of musicians possible. When not touring to support his solo albums, he's applying his knowledge and experience to guitar lessons for those of all ages and skill levels. Just as he has played everything from blues and metal to jazz and classical, his classes cover all styles and can be tailored to individual abilities and preferences.
More than 20 years ago, in her native Macau, Goretti Ngao Fong?s cousins purchased the family an upright piano. A veteran of many master classes and recitals, she now teaches piano to budding students of all ages at her eponymous studio. She focuses each private lesson on learning the instrument?s fundamentals, from playing scales to performing entire sonatas with your nose.

Dream Music Studios provides a creative outlet for students after school. Led by experienced instructors, kids can hone their singing skills, brush up on music theory, or learn the chords, scales, and theory necessary to play piano, guitar, bass, or violin. Lessons also teach styles including classical and jazz, playing by ear, music history and recording, and reading musical notation. Lessons can be conducted at the studio, in students' homes, or via Skype. In addition, pupils have the chance to show off their chops at numerous performance opportunities throughout the year, including competitions, traditional recitals, and rock concerts at area venues.
With more than two decades of experience, David Schuman has taught hundreds of students how to play the piano by tailoring instruction to individual needs and tastes. David starts by learning the student’s goals, strengths, and musical preferences, then crafts a strategy specific to that student. David might encourage practicing jazz numbers, pop standards, or musical accompaniment to celebrity Twitter accounts. Even though no experience or note-reading ability is necessary to get started, students of every age can expect to play songs with both hands by the end of their second lesson. David also teaches the art of arrangement and the intricacies of music theory to more experienced musicians.
