At Fit Fusion Family Studio LLC, exercisers aren't just allowed to bring their kids along, they're encouraged to. The studio is split into two neighboring rooms?one for adults and one for kids, allowing instructors to focus on each group separately. Age-appropriate exercises and health lessons target strength, endurance, and flexibility, ensuring groups get the most out of their classes. Kids can also forgo the workout altogether to enjoy another structured activity, gain homework help from the staff, or stand on their parent's back while they do pushups.
In under two years, what started as a humble boot camp founded by Taryn Landberg has grown into a full-blown fitness powerhouse. In addition to the signature camps, NASM-certified trainers lead a number of programs, each designed around specific goals. Classes range from basic group workout sessions that spur exercisers on with peer support to the Women's Elite Training, a CrossFit-style workout that focuses on strength building without the competitive atmosphere. Taryn's Transformation in 60 sessions incorporate her fitness and nutrition knowledge to get folks fit in two months by teaching them how to develop long-term lifestyle changes. No matter the program, Dream To Be Fit sticks closely to its founding principles, keeping class sizes small to avoid the impersonal atmosphere of big-box gyms.

For the staff of Peace of Mind & Body, physical health isn’t the result of just eating well, exercising regularly, and finding emotional as well as spiritual balance. Instead, true wellbeing requires a holistic approach that requires individuals to take responsibility for all four of those areas. Personal trainers help by giving visitors the knowledge and the skills that they need to begin living healthier and more balanced lives. Custom-designed diets and workout regimens help bolster physical fitness, but the support that the trainers provide empowers clients and inspires them to find their own path to holistic well-being that addresses those four fundamental pillars of physical and emotional health.
