As far as Rice Thai Cuisine's chefs are concerned, there are only three colors in the rainbow: yellow, green, and red. Those varieties of curry?and the herbs and spices used to create them?make up a small but crucial section of the restaurant's traditional Thai menu. The chefs can serve those curries by themselves or with the likes of pineapple and avocado, while other meals call for crab fried rice, drunken noodles, classic pad thai, or deep-fried catfish. One word of advice: know how much spiciness you can handle, and ask the server for some guidance. As the VC Reporter noted in their favorable review of the restaurant's opening, dining here can be "a true adventure," and one that requires several glasses of water depending on the dish ordered.?

But customers just drinking water would be doing themselves a great disservice. Rice Thai Cuisine has not overlooked their drink menu, filling it with Thai tea and imported spirits from beer, to wine, to sake.
