An onsite technician helps rehabilitate visitors with Muscle Activation Technique, a biomechanical evaluation and therapy designed to improve range of motion and miming ability. Visitors can take advantage of a turf field and smooth exercise floor with features such as stationary bikes, free weights, resistance bands, hurdles, and anvil-throwing stations.
On the turf field, instructors guide students through workout basics and interval training in all-level classes such as boot camp, strength and conditioning, and cross training.
